Contacted technical department and shock horror it was the same guy from earlier who was to pass my failed winnings to the technical department.Obviously I had no real confidence in ever seeing these winnings but continued to restore my cookies and withdraw again.Finally success.Or not as next day an email saying withdrawal declined as I was not allowed to wager on slots and tables I had to stay with one or the other.Utter Bullsh*t as this is not clear on the T&C as claimed!Tried to then withdraw the original €20 that now appeared back in my account with all bonuses and winnings wiped out.I can't say I'm hopeful of seeing this again but thought I would pass on so no one else gets stitched up!!

won 2400 euros they cancelled withdrawal and still let me carry on putting money in not informing me i have won nothing
